Meeting Room Facility open to all attendees
In the true spirit of ‘partnering’ we will be introducing the ‘Networking Suites’ at Partnerships in Clinical Trials 2010. The two meeting rooms - Suite A and Suite B - will be located at the back of the exhibition hall, outside the auditorium. Once they have registered onsite, attendees will be able to book the suites for private client meetings.
Please note that this facility cannot be booked in advance of the event. The Networking Suites can be booked for one hour at a time. Usage is limited to one hour per day per company. The meeting rooms have a capacity of five people each and are designed for client meetings only; they should not to be used for internal company meetings.
